Sue Lyn Schramm provides editing and writing content for a wide variety of formats and outlets She has composed annual reports, brochures and website content for her clients. She prides herself on making complex material both accessible and interesting to the general reader.

Her freelance writing covers a broad range of subjects, and she has published articles on both consumer and professional topics. Past stories include pieces on food and cooking, culture and real estate.

 

Sue Lyn is also the author of a book on managed care contracting, Global Capitation, published by McGraw-Hill in 1998. Based upon her expertise in health care administration she has published numerous technical articles on topics ranging from insurance contracting to physician practice management.

She has also produced E-mail newsletters and promotions for clients seeking to reach out to their communities of customers and fans.
